The Leica V-Lux 5 Camera is a high-performance bridge camera, and also the most versatile and multifaceted camera added to its portfolio. The advance camera features a large 20MP, 1 Image Sensor, along with its built-in Leica DC Vario-Elmarit 9.1-146mm f/2.8-4 ASPH Lens to deliver outstanding image quality throughout the entire zoom range.

Ground-breaking features include a bright and clear OLED electronic viewfinder and a fully articulated touchscreen panel; fast autofocus speed which is great, especially with the high continuous-shooting rate; a maximum f/2.8 aperture – making it suitable for shooting in low-light conditions; while having built-in optical image stabilisation, also helps so that you can capture striking, shake-free still images and video in low ambient light; a burst rate of up to 12 fps.

Other powerful functions enable you to record true-to-life 4K video (3840 x 2160 pixels) at frame rates of 24, 25, or 30 fps, or record in Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) at 60 fps; a Bluetooth connection can be established between the Leica V-Lux 5 Camera and an iOS or Android smartphone via the Leica FOTOS App; and you can recharge the camera via USB from all sorts of other devices, e.g. a powerbank.
