Our Introduction to Business- for photographers course is ideal for student photographers and photography enthusiasts who are considering taking their hobby and passion to the next level and start earning money by running a photography business.

Topics covered in this course are introductory and include:

How much to charge, copyright, legal aspects, contracts, and the protection of your work; deciding where to place the risk when running a business.

We look at important financial aspects such as quotations and Invoicing as well as what needs to be included when developing your own marketing toolkit, defining your brand with on-target brand messaging and how to pitch for a potential commercial / client shoot.

Although the topics are theoretically based, the small classes are structured around real-life industry related scenarios, case studies and interactive practical projects.
