The Paramount mounting ring dovetail accessory plate can be attached to any of the Software Bisque OTA mounting rings (see above) to carry additional equipment, such as guiders or finders, on the Paramount ME II.
An important note: The Celestron 11″ and Celestron 14″ rings can be attached to the Paramount MX / MX+ Versa-Plate. However, the Paramount MX / MX+ Versa-Plate hole configuration does not allow for the mounting ring dovetail accessory plate to be attached to the OTA mounting rings.
This accessory plate can also be mounted with additional adapters to OTAs used on theParamount Taurus 400, Taurus 500, and Taurus 600 equatorial fork mounts. Please contact Software Bisque with help to purchase the correct adapters for the Paramount Taurus.
