Orion 2″ Dielectric Mirror Diagonal

The 2-Inch Orion Dielectric Mirror Star Telescope Diagonals feature sophisticated, lab-tested dielectric coatings that boast an astounding 99-percent reflectivity. Dielectric coatings are more durable than enhanced aluminum coatings, so you’ll enjoy years of exceptional performance. The machined and anodized aluminum housing features machine-threaded baffles for high contrast and a non-marring compression ring collar for securing the eyepiece. This 2-inch model has a 1.25-inch adapter to accept 1.25-inch telescope eyepieces. The diagonal’s nosepiece barrel is threaded to accept 2″ filters. End-caps included. Diagonals are not suitable for use with Newtonian reflector telescopes due to insufficient focus travel. Product Number:OR-8727
