Baader T-2 90 Deluxe Astro-Grade Amici Prism Diagonal Body with BBHS Coating

The Amici prism has been knownas the best choice for producing correctly-oriented images in refractors and Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes. The Zeiss-spec prism has been made to the correct specifications to ensure highest image quality. The finest 7-Layer Multi-Coatings ensure the image is bright, and the oversized prism provides the full clear aperture of 31mm, large enough to prevent vignetting with any 1.25 eyepiece. The precision-machined aluminum housing provides stress free mounting and precise location for the prism.

This diagonal employs a Baader BBHS (Broad-Band Hard Silver) coating on the hypotenuse.This silver coating is sealed in a hard dielectric coating for enhanced reflectivity and long life.

The input and output T/T-2 threads integrate with Baader Astro T-2 System components and other T-threaded adapters. The telescope side can be configured to fit 2″ or 1.25″ focusers, while the eyepiece side is configurable for 1.25 eyepieces. This diagonal also functions well with the Baader Maxbright BinoViewer and Baader/Zeiss Mark V BinoViewer to provide correctly-oriented binoviewing.
