This is the tiny Series E 28mm. For years they were out of fashion but people are coming around to them. The construction is a lot better than some of the high end lenses Nikon is making now (these have held up nicely for forty years) and the optics are pretty solid too. For years, I only had a 50mm E Series and I took some of my best photos with that lens.
It is in excellent+ condition with light wear and works perfectly. The glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze, fungus, nor other issues. The focus is smooth and the aperture is dry and snappy.
The lens caps are included.
