Baader Short T-Ring for Canon EOS R T-Ring Camera – D52I to T2 and S52

TheBaaderShort T-ring Canon R -for Canon R Bayonet with D52i to T-2 and S52 adapter.

This adapter will connect:

Canon EOS R (bayonet) cameras on to an astronomy T-2 system and S52 dovetail (found on all Baader T-rings).This allows the T-ring to be modified to an M48 female thread using the S52 / M48 adapter (#BA-TRING-S52/M48), or to use the S52 barrel (#BA-TRING-S52/2)without the T-2 reduction. With the S52 / M68 adapter (#BA-TRING-S52/M68), the Wide-T-Ring can be directly attached to an M68 male thread to securely fasten your camera to the widest possible aperture.

All Baader Wide T-rings can be directly adapted to an UFC (Universal Filter Changer) with the optional Baader UFC S52 dovetail camera-adapter (#BA-UFC-S52), in order to change different filter sizes directly in front of the camera sensor.

Furthermore, the illumination of the camera chips improved significantly, mainly because of the larger clear aperture.

• Please note: This is a short t-ring, and is only 8.3mm long. While this will allow you to connect your camera, it will not provide the correct back focus spacing for standard 55mm back focus on its own. You will need to add 26.7mm of spacing to reach 55mm, which can be beneficial if you plan on adding other accessories like a filter drawer.
