It is in good condition with moderate cosmetic wear. The autofocus makes a slight squeak while in operation. It is accurate. There is a crack in the distance readout window (see photos) but it is only cosmetic. The mechanical functions are smooth and the aperture is dry and snappy. The glass is clean and scratch-free with no haze, fungus, nor other issues.
The lens caps are included.
