Orion Expanse 20mm Eyepiece – 1.25″

The Orion 20mm Expanse Eyepiece will let you experience the beautiful experience of observing the Andromeda Galaxy, the Double Cluster, or even the star clouds in Sagittarius! Its 66 degree wide apparent field of view allows you to take in all of the wonders of the night sky and will leave you in awe.

The Expanse ocular has a 20mm focal length, which is a nice large lens to peer into, along with 18mm of eye relief allowing glasses-wearers to comfortably view through the eyepiece without removing their glasses. All eyepiece elements are fully coated, with the outer lens multi-coated for additional light transmission. The 1.25″ aluminum barrel is threaded for like-sized filters and internally blackened to eliminate internal scattering. The fold-down rubber eyeguard enhances contrast by blocking any stray light.
