This ProMaster 2,250 mAh lithium-ion rechargeable battery features an integrated USB-C port for hassle-free charging. Simply connect it and wait for the on-board LED light to switch from red to greenit’s that simple!

For added convenience, a USB-C to USB-A charging cable is included. Charging is fully functional with a USB power source providing a minimum current of 0.5A (up to a maximum of 3.0A).

This battery is compatible with cameras that use the OM System BLX-1 battery. Besides its built-in charging port, it also supports in-camera charging and works with external chargers.

Why is a built-in charging port so great, you ask? While many cameras offer in-camera charging, the downside is that it ties up your camera for a considerable time. By charging extra batteries externally, youre free to use your camera whenever you want. Of course, you could use an external charger instead, but thats just one more thing to carry and keep track ofplus, they always seem to disappear when you need them most! With this ProMaster battery, you can simply use a common USB-C cable (we’ve included one) to charge your battery outside the camera without needing a separate charger.

The battery comes in a fantastic case that doubles as a protective storage unit. It has two internal compartments for safely storing the battery and the included USB-C charging cable. Alternatively, you can remove the cable and store a second battery in its place. This case ensures the battery stays clean, with its contacts protected from accidental contact with metal objects, keeping it safe during storage and transport.

Safety features of this battery include protection against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, overvoltage (voltage regulation), and short circuits.

Charging time from fully depleted to 100% is approximately 4 hours with a minimum charging current of 0.95A.
