Rare Bronica D / Deluxe Camera Kit -Weird and Wonderful- [EXC]

This is the rare and weird Bronica Deluxe. It was built to compete with Hasselblad and while it definitely did not in the market the features and finish hold up pretty well.

It has double exposure, a self timer, automatic loading and back release integrated into the darkslide (cool!).

Cosmetically, it is finished in stainless steel (not chrome) with a really nice two tone leatherette. The styling is beautifully mid-century.

The controls are on their own planet. The biggest oddity is the right hand knob, which controls focus and shutter speed and pulls out for advance. On the right is a self timer.

The camera includes great accessories; the waist level finder and prism, the shade, a tripod mount and an extension tube set. You also get the instruction manual (which you are going to need). It is all contained in a hard case.

The camera is in excellent condition and works well. The shutter speeds are accurate. The lens has clean scratch-free glass with no haze nor fungus. Cosmetically, everything looks great except that two of the extension tubes are worn (they may have been added used).
