SmallRig Baseplate for Sony a7R V & a7 IV (Version 2)

This updated Bottom Mount Plate for Sony a7R IV & a7 IV from SmallRig features an improved design that offers a more precise fit to enhance the grip experience. The plate attaches to the bottom of the camera body with a 1/4″-20 screw and a locating pin. It features a rubberized traction pad and raised lip to prevent camera movement.

The baseplate features an Arca-type dovetail design for connecting the unit to a compatible tripod, and multiple 1/4″-20 threads and a cold shoe mount are provided for attaching small accessories. A QD quick release socket has been added for additional carrying options. A magnetic flat-head screwdriver is stored in a dedicated slot so it is always handy. The side of the plate has an integrated hand strap slot and is lined with leather to provide a comfortable feel.
