No longer will you be expected to perform gymnastics when aiming at the zenith, the Telerad 2025 Plus has a built-in first surface mirror that allows your Telrad to work on a 45 degree angle! When what you’re after is over your head, simply flip the Dew Shield Plus all the way back and the built-in mirror lowers from its storage position to a perfect right angle from your optical tube assembly. You’re ready to go! Like its little brother, the Telrad Dew Shield, the Telrad 2025 Dew Shield plus is made from lightweight plastic and attaches directly to your Telrad Reflex Finder with no additional modifications. The shield is held in place with two plastic tensioning screws connected to its frame that align to the existing screws on the finder body. You can then adjust the amount of force it takes to open and close the protective hood. When not in use, simply flip the Telrad 2025 Plus back and you have an unobstructed view! While the Telrad 2025 Dew Shield Plus won’t completely stop dew, it will great increase the amount of time you are able to use the viewing screen during dew point conditions and extends the life of your Telrad Finder’s reticule by shielding it from harmful moisture. The construction of the hood also helps to keep the built-in mirror out of harms way! What could be easier or more clever?!
