Thousand Oaks Optical Dew Heater Controller

The Thousand Oaks Optical Dew Heater Controller is designed with four channels that are independently controlled and 0-100 of full range adjustments for precise temperature alterations! Equipped with battery saver mode, its battery provides power for full observing sessions. Overall, the heater controller is small and lightweight. It measures at 5 x 2.5 x 1-inches (127 x 63 x 25 mm) and is supplied with a 12-foot (3.65 m) power cord and cigarette lighter adapter.

FOUR CHANNELS

Green LED lets you know it’s receiving power and also serves as a low battery warning when in battery saver mode. Also, each channel has its own red LED light. Have total control of the fluctuating temperatures of your optics during long exposure shots and produce breathtaking images!

BATTERY SAVER

When the voltage drops below 11.1 v at 11.45 v, the heater controller will automatically turn off. Look out for the flashing green LED light that will warn you approximately 30-60 minutes ahead of time. You can turn this function off when using a dedicated battery. Battery saver mode is automatically on by factory default.

MODERN DESIGN

Engineered with the latest circuitry of microprocessor, in combination with pulse width modulation (PWM), your dew heater controller provides stable output for precise temperature control. Without this control, the output voltage can wander due to moisture, temperature changes, and age.
